A common situation where MiniLED colors appear gray is when HDR is enabled on a Windows computer. It's advisable not to use HDR for daily office work because the Windows desktop system and most web pages are designed for the sRGB color space, whereas HDR is optimized for the DCI-P3 color space. The sRGB color space is much smaller than DCI-P3. It's recommended to only enable HDR when you're watching HDR content or playing HDR games, and even then, it's best to use a dedicated media player rather than web browsers.
