Delivery

Where the relevant sales channel is able to process soundbar orders, the television and the complimentary soundbar will be delivered together as a bundled package.

VIP Installation

Eligible television models purchased under this campaign are entitled to free VIP Installation within 24 hours of product delivery.

VIP Installation is available across all participating sales channels.

Order Cancellation and Returns

• In the event of an order cancellation or product return, the complimentary soundbar must be returned to TCL in its original packaging, unused, complete, and in resalable condition.
• The complimentary product is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other campaign, promotion, or discount.
  
  

General Provisions

• TCL reserves the right to amend these Campaign Terms & Conditions or terminate the campaign due to legal obligations, operational requirements, stock limitations, force majeure events, or other legitimate reasons.
• The campaign is subject to stock availability. If promotional products or gift vouchers are exhausted, TCL reserves the right to terminate the campaign before the announced end date.
• Participants found to have violated these Campaign Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct may be excluded from the campaign.
• TCL shall not be held liable for any misinformation resulting from technical errors or omissions on its website, advertising materials, or other communication channels.
• This campaign is intended solely for end consumers. If TCL determines that a purchase has been made for commercial purposes or that the campaign benefits are being used for commercial gain, TCL reserves the right to exclude the relevant orders from the campaign or cancel such orders.
